The RedeeM project officially launched with an online kick-off meeting, hosted by the Lead Partner -EWA, at 20th of November 2025. The meeting brought together project partners and stakeholders from the eleven participating countries and marked the beginning of a collaborative journey aimed at aligning objectives, roles, and implementation strategies.
Meeting overview
The meeting aimed to align partners on the overall project structure, key activities, and expected outcomes. Participants were introduced to the project roadmap, governance mechanisms, and coordination procedures to ensure effective collaboration from the outset.
The Kick-Off Meeting also welcomed Interreg’s Euro-MED Project Officer, who shared insights into the Programme’s objectives and management structure with the consortium.
It also marked the first official meeting of the Steering Group. During the session, partners were provided with a comprehensive overview of the project, including its objectives, scope, project expected results, and implementation framework.
They introduced themselves and their organisation and shared their experience and expertise in regards project’s actvities and outcomes.
The meeting addressed the governance and coordination structure, clarifying roles and responsibilities to ensure effective decision-making and coherent implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
