RedeeM has reached an important governance milestone with the approval of the Steering Committee’s Rules of Procedure by the project partners.
The newly approved framework formalises the Steering Committee’s role, responsibilities and decision-making processes, providing a common basis for effective coordination throughout the project.
It also establishes the Policy Impact and Technical Coordination Working Groups, strengthening cooperation on policy uptake, project implementation and the monitoring of pilot activities.
